Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Coordinator to join an EPCM project team on a major Rio Tinto project. This role will be responsible for the coordination, planning and execution support of shutdown activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules and standards.

Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Coordinator to join an EPCM project team on a major Rio Tinto project. This role will be responsible for the coordination, planning and execution support of shutdown activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules and standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven shutdown coordination experience across planning and execution phases
- Background on major projects, ideally with mechanical or electrical discipline experience
- Experience defining scopes, developing workpacks and managing worklists
- Strong planning capability with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, SAP PM, and CMMS systems
- Demonstrated contractor management and interface coordination skills
- Strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality outcomes
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate shutdown planning, scheduling and execution activities
- Develop, review and convert worklists into executable shutdown workpacks
- Support definition of scopes of work and resource requirements
- Work closely with contractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Track progress, risks and issues during shutdown phases
- Liaise with engineering, maintenance and operations stakeholders throughout planning and execution
