The Role

As a Site Health and Safety Advisor you will ensure the implementation and adherence to health and safety standards on site, helping to maintain a safe working environment. The responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Provide training and guidance on OS&H systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with project personnel at all levels.
• Influence stakeholders effectively and address safety concerns.

Key Criteria

• Previous FIFO site experience.
• Recognised training in OHS/WHS,
• Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
