Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Minimum 5 years Supervision at EPCM or Client level within SMP mineral processing
• Good experience managing contractor
• Underground experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontactors
• Monitoring of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Contractors productivity
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support
• Focal point for SMP focused technical and construction-based queries
