Structural Engineering Lead/ Manager
Location: Brisbane QLD
Salary: $230.000 - $250,000
Roster: Office hours 8am 5pm

Key Essential Qualification: Structural/Civil Engineering degree
Role Opportunity
Manage and lead structural design and documentation across building projects including commercial, health, defence and infrastructure. Mentor a growing team while collaborating with developers and contractors to deliver buildable, efficient solutions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Recognised degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• RPEQ or ability to obtain
• Experience in D&C delivery environment
• Prior Tier 2 or mid-tier consultancy background
• Strong contractor and developer engagement skills

• Lead design and documentation delivery
• Mentor and manage structural team
• Collaborate on D&C project delivery
• Drive market engagement and client relations
• Shape team structure and succession planning
