Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Tertiary Degree in Environmental science, Engineering, Earth Science
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
• Proven sustainability leadership with strong ESG understanding
Duties & Responsibilities
• Overseeing implementation of required Sustainability Assurance Programs
• Extensive knowledge of sustainability indices and governance standards
• Leadership experience championing change and sustainability effectiveness
• Developing technically feasible sustainability improvement initiatives
• Focusing on responsible decarbonisation aligned with strategy
• Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Fostering consensus across partners and community groups
• Ensuring accurate sustainability data collection and documentation
• Coordinating evidence and maintaining detailed sustainability records
• Preparing monthly sustainability performance and planning reports
• Contributing to annual business planning and budgeting
• Reviewing operating and capital expenditure monthly
• Reporting monthly on variances against plan
