About the Role
Are you a skilled and ambitious professional with a passion for transforming landscapes into vibrant communities? Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing land development projects from inception to completion? Look no further! We are seeking a talented and experienced Land Development Project Manager/Team Leader to join our client's Albany office.
As a Team Leader Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-profile land development projects.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community members, and investors, to establish positive relationships and foster a sense of shared vision.
Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide timely updates to senior management.
Key Criteria
In order to be successful for the Team Leader role you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in successfully managing land development projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Good communication skills and organisation skills
Ability to do business development an get work for the team
