Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Transferable experience in sales, real estate or account management
• Strong commercial acumen to drive business development activity
• Commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder service
• Willingness to learn the technical vertical you support
• Confident working autonomously within a collaborative team
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from prospecting to placement
• Conduct business development across new and existing clients
• Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Run candidate campaigns, interviews and references
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships
• Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
