Role Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Roster and Travel Coordinator to join a major O&G project in Karratha on a 3/1 roster.
In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel logistics for project personnel, including flight and accommodation bookings, itinerary management, and travel rescheduling, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of the workforce.

Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to provide service and support in a high-pressure, project-based environment
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Prior experience in travel coordination, logistics, or workforce rostering within the resources or construction sectors
  • Proficiency in travel and logistics software such as TROBEXIS, SAMS, Workflow, or INX (highly desirable)
  • Experience processing international travel requests (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including charter and commercial flights, buses, and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare and issue travel itineraries ensuring all personnel have accurate flight, accommodation, and transport details prior to travel
  • Monitor and manage rescheduling requirements due to flight delays or cancellations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the TROBEXIS Accommodation Booking System
  • Respond promptly and professionally to travel and accommodation queries from client
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Recruitment, Mobilisation, and Workforce Services teams to ensure smooth travel logistics
  • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as required to support workforce operations
