Role Opportunity: Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Roster and Travel Coordinator to join a major O&G project in Karratha on a 3/1 roster.In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel logistics for project personnel, including flight and accommodation bookings, itinerary management, and travel rescheduling, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of the workforce.Benefits:3/1 roster from Perth Airport Work on a major LNG project with a global EPCMSupportive team environment with strong collaboration across site servicesEssential skills and qualifications:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to provide service and support in a high-pressure, project-based environmentExceptional organisation and time management skillsPrior experience in travel coordination, logistics, or workforce rostering within the resources or construction sectorsProficiency in travel and logistics software such as TROBEXIS, SAMS, Workflow, or INX (highly desirable)Experience processing international travel requests (advantageous)Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including charter and commercial flights, buses, and accommodation bookingsPrepare and issue travel itineraries ensuring all personnel have accurate flight, accommodation, and transport details prior to travelMonitor and manage rescheduling requirements due to flight delays or cancellationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the TROBEXIS Accommodation Booking SystemRespond promptly and professionally to travel and accommodation queries from client Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Recruitment, Mobilisation, and Workforce Services teams to ensure smooth travel logisticsAssist with general administrative and coordination tasks as required to support workforce operationsAbout our Client:A leader in engineering, construction, and project management, delivering large-scale infrastructure and resource projects across a global footprint.
