With strong ongoing project demand, this position offers long-term potential and an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner looking to relocate to a coastal regional hub.Benefits:Onsite role with direct project engagementRelocation supportOpportunity to work on significant brownfields and shutdown projectsJoin a supportive team within a well-established global engineering environmentEssential Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years' experience in Project PlanningStrong background in materials handling and shutdown executionProficiency in Primavera P6Solid understanding of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated capability across schedule development, baseline and change managementExperience with Risk Analysis, Earned Value Management, resource forecasting and schedule reportingAbility to manage cost system integrations with PrimaveraBased in, or prepared to relocate to Portland, Victoria, or surrounding areasDuties & Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and update schedules across all phases of the project life cycleTrack schedule progress in line with client governance requirementsConduct resource analysis, forecasting and optimisationProduce high-quality project and portfolio reporting, including EVM, S-Curves and resource histogramsManage and maintain schedule baselines and support change management processesInterface between the cost system and Primavera P6, ensuring data accuracy and alignmentSupport progress trending, Earned Value analysis and future performance forecastingEngage with internal and external stake-holders to support successful project deliveryAbout our Client:Our client is a global EPCM business embedded in refinery operations across Australia.
