Role Opportunity:An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading gold mine producer on a 23 month contract. This role covers the entire operations department and is ideal for a proactive, standalone HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote operational environment. You will be responsible for managing grievances, HR cases, and providing HR guidance independently.
