Role Opportunity
Seconded into the Owner's team, the Project Manager is responsible for representing the client's interests during the development and delivery of a mineral processing plant and associated NPI project. The role provides oversight across engineering procurement, construction and commissioning phases to ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives are achieved.

- Long term contract or staff assignment
- Degree qualified Engineer (Mechanical preferred) with Project Management qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant mining Project Management experiences
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects of approximately $200M+ across mineral processing and NPI
- Strong commercial acumen, contract management expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Project Oversight - Lead delivery to schedule, budget, and owner requirements.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Management - Coordinate EPCM/contractors and internal teams; ensure performance and alignment.
- Cost & Budget Control - Monitor expenditures, forecast costs, and manage financial risks.
- Risk, Safety & Compliance - Identify and mitigate risks; ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety standards are met.
- Scope & Quality Assurance - Maintain project scope, approve changes, and ensure work meets quality expectations.
