Associate Director - Mechanical / Project Controls
Steven Andrews is a Lead Consultant at Titan. He has been with Titan for over 7 years, beginning as a Consultant and progressing into his current role, where he also plays a part in the day-to-day management of the team.
Steven specialises in recruiting across the mechanical discipline, with a strong focus on sourcing high-quality professionals for roles such as Managers, Project Directors/Managers, Principal/Leads and Senior Engineers.
He’s passionate about the recruitment industry because it gives him the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients and candidates - matching the right people to the right opportunities. Steven thrives in the niche mining market and takes pride in the high calibre of professionals he works with.
Before joining Titan, Steven had a rich background in sales and business ownership. He held roles as an employee, director, CEO and owner of several companies, including Tony Sadler Group, an iconic West Australian retailer.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys quality time with his four kids, ranging from teens to young adults. He’s also a keen socialiser who loves AFL, plays hockey and golf and hits the gym regularly to keep active.
