Core skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in cost control on large-scale civil or airport infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated involvement in managing project packages valued over $800 million+
- Strong background working within complex, high-value project environments
- Proficiency with relevant cost control and project management systems (e.g., Prism, SAP, or similar)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead capital cost control and budgeting activities to ensure alignment with project objectives on high-value airport infrastructure packages.
- Manage approval workflows, assess contractor claims, and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Track and reconcile project costs, providing detailed analysis of forecasts and performance metrics.
- Monitor cost trends, proactively identify budget or schedule risks, and support mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain accurate cost data.
- Deliver clear financial insights and effectively communicate cost requirements to stakeholders.
