Role Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Data Entry Assistant to support the Accounts Team of a reputable mid-tier oil and gas operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in data entry to gain valuable experience in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running.
Benefits:
• Short term 6-month contract
• Gain valuable experience in a mid-tier Oil and Gas operator
• Office based in the heart of the Perth CBD on the Esplanade
Essential skills and qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Prior experience in accounts payable is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Excel and/or SAP is advantageous
• Exposure to accounts administration in a professional services or resources environment
Duties and responsibilities:
• Generate and manage SAP reports
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately
• Perform general administration and data entry duties
• Maintain and update internal databases and records with a high level of accuracy
