Provides administrative and operational support to HSE functions, ensuring system upkeep, compliance assistance, and promoting a strong safety and environmental culture

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Cert IV in Business Administration or similar.
Relevant years in HSE Admin support.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and general systems.
HSE systems experience, knowledge of HSE legislation, and industry experience
Experience in training management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage HSE documents, databases, version control, and training records.
Assist with reports, presentations, audits, meetings, training scheduling, and incident investigations.
Support HSE performance data collection, compliance reporting, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate site access, medical, PPE orders, training bookings, and travel.
Maintain supplies, liaise with contractors, and support HSE campaigns.
Promote safety culture, manage training compliance, and ensure regulatory documentation is current.
