12 month contract Perth Based Role Immediate start Role OpportunityProvides administrative and operational support to HSE functions, ensuring system upkeep, compliance assistance, and promoting a strong safety and environmental cultureBenefitsPerth Based RoleFlexible work arrangement Monday to Friday 40 hours per weekEssential Qualifications & SkillsCert IV in Business Administration or similar.Relevant years in HSE Admin support.Skilled in Microsoft Office and general systems.HSE systems experience, knowledge of HSE legislation, and industry experienceExperience in training management.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage HSE documents, databases, version control, and training records.Assist with reports, presentations, audits, meetings, training scheduling, and incident investigations.Support HSE performance data collection, compliance reporting, and KPI tracking.Coordinate site access, medical, PPE orders, training bookings, and travel.Maintain supplies, liaise with contractors, and support HSE campaigns.Promote safety culture, manage training compliance, and ensure regulatory documentation is current.About our clientOur client is a leading organisation in the energy and resources sector, known for its commitment to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
