IS&T Technician
• FIFO 21/7 roster 68 hours per week
• Onsite and remote IT support
• Work across major resources and infrastructure projects
• Hands-on technical role with diverse IT responsibilities
Role Opportunity
We are currently seeking an IS&T Technician to join a leading EPCM delivering large-scale projects for first-tier end users. This FIFO position involves a mix of site-based and remote work, covering hardware and software deployment, asset and ticket management via ServiceNow, coordination with corporate IT teams, and implementation of information security measures to safeguard data and systems.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' IT experience in field or office environments
• Proven troubleshooting skills to resolve end-user issues
• Experience in hardware/software deployment and support
• Proficiency in asset and ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with varied stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide deskside and remote IT support
• Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Plan and implement IT services as project requirements evolve
• Coordinate with internal IT service centres and support teams
• Manage IT assets and track support tickets
• Implement and maintain information security protocols
• Maintain accurate project documentation
