The successful candidate will be based on site and will take ownership of site administrative operations, following a structured handover from the current team member who has established the systems and processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in site administration, including Senior or Supervisory roles
- Demonstrated experience working in an EPCM project environment
- Strong experience managing high-volume mobilisations
- Advanced organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex administrative processes
- Confident communicator able to work with site leadership, EPCM teams, and contractors
- High attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the on-site administration team
- Oversee mobilisations for both EPCM personnel and contractor workforce
- Manage site administrative systems, processes, and reporting
- Support the Site Services & Commissioning Manager and Construction Manager
- Ensure compliance with site, project, and company procedures
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for administrative matters
- Coordinate closely with the Perth-based Senior Project Administrator
- Support a dynamic workforce of approximately 800 on-site personnel
