You'll be joining a collaborative design team with strong capability across Mechanical, Structural, and Piping disciplines, supporting projects moving from study phase into detailed design.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in SMP design
- Minimum 5 years' experience in brownfields / sustaining capital projects
- Proven experience leading, managing, or coordinating small teams of designers/drafters
- Experience across both materials handling and mineral processing design
- Piping design experience highly desirable to complement existing team strengths
- Proficiency in Bentley OpenPlant/OpenBuildings and/or Autodesk Plant 3D
- Strong understanding of brownfields constraints, site integration, and constructability
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee the production of high-quality modelling and drafting deliverables
- Work closely with the Design Manager to manage resource planning, forecasting, and team workflows
- Contribute to and develop fit-for-purpose design solutions for sustaining capital and brownfields projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to a small team of designers and drafters
- Ensure deliverables meet project standards, client requirements, and design integrity
- Collaborate with internal engineers and external stakeholders to resolve design challenges
