About the Role:
Join our client who specialises in mineral sands processing as a Mechanical Design Engineer to offer the best solutions offering expertise in piping and pumping systems for their clients. You will manage various design packages including air compressor, pumping, piping, water tanks and valves, Reviewing vendor data and P&ID documentation, and participating in Fab tenders will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Criteria:
• 7+ Years Experience in Mechanical Mining space is essential
• Experience in P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), Pumping and Piping
• Experience in Mineral Sands Processing is desired
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in Detailed Design
What We Offer:
• Brisbane Location
• $90 to $110 per hour incl Super
• 6 month contract with potential of extension
