Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's in engineering with 10 years of experience in the gas industry
• Prior experience with tradies, the blue-collar workforce, and engineers
• Experience in preparing the operational documents

Duties & Responsibilities
• Setup and manage the safe and efficient 24/7 operation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain safety records, enforce protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Responsible for operations, safety, and maintenance, and provide regular updates to management
• Lead and support plant operators, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture
