Role OpportunityClient-side Lead Structural Engineer opportunity with a leading lithium producer. This site-based role operates on a 5 days on, 2 days off DIDO roster to the Greenbushes site in Western Australia.The Lead Structural Engineer will provide technical leadership and oversight of all structural engineering activities on site, ensuring robust governance and high-quality delivery across projects.Benefits:Permanent staff role, competitive salary offeredSite based role on a 5 days on, 2 days off DIDO roster to their site at Greenbushes, Western Australia.Typical site hours: 6.30am - 4pmOpportunity for a SME - Structural to provide technical leadership and governance across all structural engineering activities for the site Qualifications & Skills:Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering10+ years' experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally within brownfield project environmentsBackground in mining or mineral processing operations, strong client side experience Demonstrated experience in project planning, delivery, and contract managementProven capability in preparing tenders, scopes of work, BOQs, ITPs, and procurement documentationStrong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlExperience leading and managing small engineering teamsExcellent communication and technical writing skillsSound understanding of mine safety legislation and HSE management systemsProficient in Microsoft Office and project planning softwareDuties & Responsibilities:Lead the design and provide technical oversight for all structural steel and structural engineering works across site projectsWork closely with civil, mechanical, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated engineering solutionsReview and manage detailed designs to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and project requirementsDevelop practical, fit-for-purpose designs that optimise lifecycle costs while meeting HSE and operational objectivesProduce high-quality engineering documentation to support approvals, procurement, construction, and commissioning activitiesMinimise rework through effective design coordination and a focus on quality executionIntegrate inputs from contractors and consultants into engineering deliverables as requiredEnsure engineering outputs align with procurement and construction schedulesManage technical interfaces between operations, contractors, suppliers, and consultantsContribute to the development of project scopes, cost estimates, procurement strategies, and schedulesApply risk management principles & risk assessments where necessaryIdentify gaps in standards and specifications and drive initiatives for continuous improvement About Our ClientWorld-leading lithium minerals producer delivering both brownfield and greenfield processing plant projects, along with supporting infrastructure, across the South West region of Western Australia.How to ApplyClick the APPLY button or contact Matt Saffioti on (08) 6467 0630 for a confidential discussionAbout Titan RecruitmentTitan Recruitment is an Australian-owned engineering and technology recruitment consultancy with over 25 years of industry insights.
