About the Role An opportunity to be the client representative as SMP supervisor for a 12-month contract, 8:6 roster DIDO out of Perth, car provided. Take advantage of a well-established project pipeline and help shape material handling solutions going forward. Key CriteriaAs the successful candidate for the role of SMP Supervisor, you will meet the following criteria; • Oversee and manage the execution of all SMP (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) activities on behalf of the client.• Act as the primary liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and develop proactive solutions to mitigate issues.• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to resolve any conflicts and ensure seamless project delivery.• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and budget revisions in accordance with the client's requirements and guidelines.• Provide regular reports and updates to the client regarding project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the initial plan.• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.• Proven experience in supervising and managing SMP activities within a client-side role, preferably in construction or related industries.• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and best practices.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards related to construction projects.For more information and a confidential discussion please contact Jani Els 08 6467 0605 or click Apply Now'.Our Client A significant player in the agriculture industry that provides projects for the entire project cycle, including value chain, storage, and transport.About UsTitan Recruitment has been delivering complete, innovative and effective recruitment solutions across Australia for over two decades and is recognised as a leading Engineering and Technology recruitment and contracting specialist.
