As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will have a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' hydrocarbons, energy, and chemical projects. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical engineering services, offering expert technical support across the Mechanical discipline, and ensuring project objectives are met with. Your expertise will guide critical decisions, ensuring engineering integrity, efficiency, and innovation throughout all phases of project development
Key Criteria
- A recognised engineering degree in the relevant discipline. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status will be preferred.
- Experience in rotating equipment package management, including document review and consolidation, with expertise in centrifugal pumps, compressors, blowers, positive displacement, and seal-less pumps.
- Familiar with API standards and mechanical interfaces with piping and pipe supports.
- Proven track record in delivering multiple mechanical packages across hydrocarbon and renewable energy projects.
- Experience on mid to large projects through all phases, within an EPCM environment.
- Strong team, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with excellent time and priority management abilities.
