Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Sustaining Capital Projects to join our clients team and lead a portfolio of tailings, dewatering, and water-related projects. You will primarily work with both local and international projects.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical background preferred but Civil will be considered.
  • Must have experience in slurry, piping, or mechanical systems in mining operations
  • Proven experience in mining sustaining capital, brownfields, or expansion projects within consulting or owner's teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in engineering design, feasibility studies, and project delivery
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead studies, design, and project delivery for sustaining capital projects
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are me
  • Oversee engineering design, feasibility studies, and planning activities
  • Provide guidance and leadership within the project team
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
