We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our clients onsite Maintenance team with an initial focus on delivering a major Structural Remediation Program scheduled to run throughout 2026. Additional small-to-medium projects will be added to the portfolio over time, providing strong variety across the role.
Benefits
- FIFO 8/6 roster, flying in/out on Friday
- 12-hour days
- 12-month ongoing contract
- $1550 - $1650 per day
- Start now or early January
- Oversee the 2026 Structural Remediation Program from planning through execution and close-out
- Manage a team of approximately 10 contractors, with the team expanding as new scopes are added
- Drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance across all assigned projects
- Apply sound contract management practices, ensuring contractor performance and compliance
- Support the Maintenance team with ad hoc project requirements as needed
- Maintain strong communication with site leadership, stakeholders, and external service providers
- Mechanical background preferred, with the ability to identify issues and challenge assumptions
- Proven Project Management experience (mining experience, mineral processing)
- Solid understanding of contract management principles and practices
- Exposure to site-based maintenance environments is essential
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple scopes and adapt as project needs evolve.
