Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Design and Construct projects across our clients' portfolio, with accountability for scope, cost, schedule, procurement, safety, and quality.

Lead assigned projects with full accountability for planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining a strong on-site presence while developing and managing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure seamless progress. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve quality, safety, and schedule objectives, while overseeing tendering, contract award, procurement, and the management of equipment and subcontractor packages. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery, uphold standards for professional conduct, safety, and operational excellence, and travel to and work on project sites as required in compliance with all site-specific HSE and operational requirements. Perform additional duties as required to support the successful delivery of projects and broader company objectives.

- Perth based role with site roster during execution
- Contract or staff assignment
- Rate range $135 - $145 ph
- Start early January
Lead assigned projects with full accountability for planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining a strong on-site presence while developing and managing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure seamless progress. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve quality, safety, and schedule objectives, while overseeing tendering, contract award, procurement, and the management of equipment and subcontractor packages. Key Skills
- 5 -10 years' experience in project delivery within the resources, mining, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience working across gold and lithium projects. Modular plant construction
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience running projects circa $50M +
- Strong capability in contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
