Project Manager to join a growing local multi-discipline engineering consultancy, working on a major gold project in Western Australia. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of sustaining capital projects ($5Mil +) across multiple disciplines, with a strong focus on delivery, safety, and stakeholder engagement.
The role is 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, 12 hour days and initial 12 month duration with view to extension.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the mining sector, ideally within gold operations.
- Demonstrated background in sustaining capital and brownfields projects.
- Strong site experience
- Exposure to both client-side and EPC environments, with the ability to manage interfaces effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of sustaining capital projects across various disciplines.
- Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Lead and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities with various project stakeholders.
- Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders, site teams, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Drive compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Provide leadership to project teams while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
