About the Role

• Our client is looking for a quality coordinator to support delivery of a big iron ore project

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing vendor documentation and conducting contractor audits
• Managing the preparation, collation, quality, format, presentation, production and submission of written information from external stakeholders and consultants
• Review the QA requirements for the tender packages and assist in evaluating tender documentation with the defined criteria
• Liaison with internal project team member to ensure audits & corrective actions are implemented and closed out

Key Criteria

• Must have formal training and demonstrated experience in quality management system (ISO9001:2015) or equivalent
• Industry knowledge and experience in Mining & Resources, ideally supporting major projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with the confidence to deliver training workshops to all levels of personnel
