About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for a 360-recruitment process with training and the Titan brand behind you, you can be confident in your success. You can expect to quickly build the revenue and share in the financial results.

In your role as Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements.
  • Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Conduct candidate attraction campaigns, interviews and reference checks.
  • Effectively manage key client relationships
  • Analyse and maximise market trends and opportunities
  • Manage data integrity and compliance activities

Key Criteria

  • Transferable skills ideally in a similar industry, for example, sales, real estate or account management will be considered
  • Commitment to stakeholder service delivery
  • Ability to learn and understand the technical discipline for which you are accountable
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team.
