About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and service focused Recruitment Consultant to manage our Electrical Designers desk based in the Perth (CBD) office.

Working within an established framework that allows driven Recruiters to achieve their targets and goals, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary, competitive incentive package, and mentorship from our Leadership Team. While our focus is on both permanent and contract recruitment, we go above and beyond with candidate and contractor care as well as client engagement initiatives.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Complete all daily and weekly activities diligently including but not limited to:

• Conduct Electrical Designer interviews, references, and candidate approaches.
• Manage position advertisements whilst also maintaining a strong social media presence.
• Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
• Complete compliance tasks and due diligence requirements.
• Effectively manage your Job Vacancies and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Ensure awareness of risk and commercial issues are handled diligently and proactively.
• Efficiently and effectively manage key client relationships.

Key Criteria:

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process from end to end.
  • Pervious experience recruiting Designers for the Resources sector highly desirable.
• A commitment to ensuring all stakeholders (candidate and client) are satisfied with your service delivery.
• Minimum 1 year experience with agency white collar recruitment will be highly valued.
• Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team.
• A genuine openness to working collaborative for the benefit of all.
• A strong commitment and pride in performance and ethical behaviours.
