What We're Looking For
• Curiosity, Passion and drive
• Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (engineering preferred) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Willingness to learn and understand the technical disciplines and speak the language of your market
• Confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a disciplined, results-driven team
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements
• Conduct candidate attraction campaigns and interviews to build your networks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a service-first mindset
• Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance across all activities
