Role Opportunity
A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its newly established Mining section in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the mining division, working on a range of sustaining and greenfield/brownfield mining infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, haul roads, access roads, site pads, pavements, and associated infrastructure. They will work closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and innovative project outcomes.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with extensive mining infrastructure experience who is ready to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and growing team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in mining infrastructure design and delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, pavements, haul/access roads, and site infrastructure.
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce civil engineering deliverables for mining infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop innovative and efficient engineering solutions.
- Support the growth of the mining section through proactive engagement in project opportunities.
