Senior Control Systems Engineer
• Location: Brisbane, QLD
• Roster: MondayFriday (office-based with remote flexibility)

Role Opportunity
Join an engineering consultancy delivering industrial control systems for sustaining capital projects across the mining sector. This role focuses on automation and SCADA/PLC systems for clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, and Glencore. Reporting to senior engineering leaders, you will be involved in design, documentation, OT integration, and deployment of modern control system platforms.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years in control systems and automation
• Strong experience in Rockwell and Schneider PLCs
• SCADA experience with Citect, FTView, or Wonderware
• Understanding of OT networks and cybersecurity
Duties & Responsibilities
• Design and deploy PLC/SCADA architecture
• Prepare control philosophies and documentation
• Interface with OT/IT infrastructure and protocols
• Support commissioning and remote diagnostics
• Collaborate with engineers and client stakeholders
