- Evaluation of 33KV line. All devices e.g. pumping stations & dewatering
- LV focus. (no HV reticulation)
- For design - new NPI infrastructure - haul road networks (civil earthworks), gas pipeline crossing, LV access roads, surface water management (waterway crossing), connection/extension to existing raw water distribution, satellite NPI facilities, communications infrastructure
- New roads (heavy & light vehicles) - some crossing over gas pipelines, extending water pipelines, extension of existing water lines, extending powerlines, new comms towers, hydrology / drainage / dewatering assessments etc.
- First 6 months will be basic design. Then transition to detailed design. A good 18 months minimum of work ahead
- Main flavour of design endeavours will be bulk earthworks, water transport & management, low voltage powerlines and some comms
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 yrs. in Electrical Engineering
- Design Engineering background
- No HV specialists - this is all LV
- Mining non-process infrastructure background preferred, will consider onshore oil and gas projects experience
- Need to be high energy and driven individuals
- Able to work independently, have initiative, good communicator
