An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading gold mine producer on a 23 month contract. This role covers the entire operations department and is ideal for a proactive, standalone HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote operational environment. You will be responsible for managing grievances, HR cases, and providing HR guidance independently. The role is fly-in/fly-out on an 8/6 roster from Perth, Brisbane, or Darwin.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in mining or resources
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, but experience is key
- Proven ability to work independently and manage HR cases without direct support
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Experience handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve grievances and HR cases across the Tanami operations
- Provide independent HR guidance and support to operational leaders and teams
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Support recruitment, performance management, and employee relations processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and mining industry regulations
