About the Role

• Our mining client team is seeking an experienced Senior Metallurgist to ensure product is produced within specification, in a safe and efficient manner
• This role requires someone who is strong at leading a team and has a good focus on inclusion/diversity
• This role is DIDO with 8/6 roster.

Key Criteria

• Monitor plant output to ensure production targets and specifications are achieved and exceeded
• Maintain the metallurgical accounting and complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements
• Review plant metallurgical processes and identify, approve, and implement continuous improvement projects
• Monitor plant production costs to ensure alignment to budget
