Role Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Administrator to join a leading consultant engineering team on a permanent basis.
This role offers the chance to work in modern CBD offices within a highly reputable company recognised for its strong culture and collaborative environment. You will provide high-level administrative and project support across all stages of the project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and bring proven experience from engineering consultancy or similar industries such as mining or oil & gas.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven project administration experience in engineering consultancy (mining or oil & gas considered if broad and diverse).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across all organisational levels.
• Strong understanding of project life cycles and project delivery requirements.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 (training provided, but must be confident to assist with queries).
• High attention to detail with excellent formatting, proofreading, and document control skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise under pressure.
• Knowledge of HSE practices, procedures, and standards.
• Professional, well-rounded, and able to build strong working relationships with go-getter teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide essential administrative support to a dynamic civil project group.
• Manage, format, and maintain project documentation, tenders, and project management plans.
• Support tender processes including client interaction, selection processes, CV management, and information gathering.
• Coordinate day-to-day project administration: diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
• Take minutes and coordinate monthly maintenance meetings, resource meetings, and other project reviews.
• Work closely with project managers and consultants to support project delivery and close-out activities.
• Manage document control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control.
• Uphold procedures and templates while ensuring documentation meets the highest standards.
• Provide support in the adoption of new systems, including Dynamics 365.
• Assist with inbox management, prioritisation of tasks, and general administrative duties.
