- Project: Key iron ore project currently in Definitive Engineering Study phase.
- Scope: new mine infrastructure including haul roads, HV overpasses, major drainage, NPI & services.
- Senior Civil Project Engineer/Package Engineer to focus on early phase project execution and then transition to construction phase from March 2024 for 18 months on a 2 weeks on, 1 week FIFO roster.
- Experience working in design study phases, preparing scopes, tender & contract documentation.
- Strong background with schedules and budgets, client interface, reporting and interface with other teams.
- Position commences in Perth CBD office and then transitions to site from March 2024 on a 2 weeks on. 1 week off roster for 18 months.
- Up to 2 days WFH (after 2 months orientation)
- Owner/EPCM experience desired
- Initial 12 month contract, long term project
Key Criteria
- Formal Civil Engineering qualifications
- Owner side/EPCM background preferred
- Strong background in work package delivery with a good understanding of procurement, tender/contract documentation, schedule, cost tracking, reporting and quality.
- Strong site background
- Able to work closely with clients, vendors and suppliers
- Able top complete a range of project documentation
- Excellent safety attitude
