Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering discipline with relevant qualifications.
• Extensive experience in delivering studies across mineral processing plant.
• Extensive EPCM project delivery experience across Lithium and Gold mining operations
• Site based execution experience an advantage
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative and solution focused mindset
• Keen to grow into a study management role and drive projects through to implementation

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of studies across mineral processing projects.
• Collaborate with multi discipline teams to ensure alignment of studies and execution strategies.
• Drive proactive study execution, ensuring clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Provide practical, site-based and constructability insights to inform study planning and design.
• Support the transition from study phase into implementation and EPCM delivery.
