Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Project Planning
- Strong background in materials handling and shutdown execution
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated capability across schedule development, baseline and change management
- Experience with Risk Analysis, Earned Value Management, resource forecasting and schedule reporting
- Ability to manage cost system integrations with Primavera
- Based in, or prepared to relocate to Portland, Victoria, or surrounding areas
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and update schedules across all phases of the project life cycle
- Track schedule progress in line with client governance requirements
- Conduct resource analysis, forecasting and optimisation
- Produce high-quality project and portfolio reporting, including EVM, S-Curves and resource histograms
- Manage and maintain schedule baselines and support change management processes
- Interface between the cost system and Primavera P6, ensuring data accuracy and alignment
- Support progress trending, Earned Value analysis and future performance forecasting
- Engage with internal and external stake-holders to support successful project delivery
