About the Role:
Manage an established desk focused on recruitment delivery success. Engage daily with key clients. Build the revenue and share in the financial results. Report to the Manager-WA and collaborate with fellow Senior Recruiters to maximise results.
Duties:
• Manage job adverts and social media presence.
• Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
• Conduct candidate approaches, interviews and reference checks.
• Effectively manage key client relationships.
• Analyse and maximise market trends and opportunities.
• Manage data integrity and compliance activities.
Key Criteria:
• Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process from end to end.
• Commitment to stakeholder service delivery.
• Understanding of the technical discipline for which you are accountable.
• White collar / professional recruitment experience commensurate with role seniority.
• Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team.

• $100-110,000 base + quarterly commission - OTE $200,000 ++
