Role Opportunity

• Responsible for assisting the Business Readiness Manager to remove any bottlenecks in achieving production targets

Benefits

• Work for a Tier 1 Owner/Operator
• FIFO from Brisbane, Perth, or Darwin
• Weekly roster (alternate week on/ off) OR 8/6 roster (flexible with the roster)
• 12-month extendable contract

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Underground Mining
• Experience in productivity improvement/ business readiness will be viewed highly
• Experience with Sandvik auto and data drilling systems

Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Readiness to ensure everything on track and Mining operations is engaging effectively
• Upgrade the operational risk assessments and procedures
• Area denial system trial for jumbos
• Advising on how Underground services (air/water) are set up and managed
