About the Role

We are currently seeking a Site Health and Safety Advisor. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Health & Safety Manager and the Construction Manager and will be part of a dedicated safety team alongside two other Senior Safety Advisors. You be responsible for the following duties

• Implement and oversee site health and safety programs in alignment with industry standards and project requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective incident investigation processes are in place.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of project personnel to foster a strong safety culture.

• Influence and engage stakeholders to ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

• Provide clear and effective communication, negotiation, and mediation on safety-related matters.

Key Criteria

To be considered for the Site Safety Advisor Role you will possess the following:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Safety Advisor role

• Proven experience in a FIFO site position.

• Tertiary Qualification in WHS/OHS

• Ability to effectively influence and engage with stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills,

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
