Role Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Site Planner to join our client's team on a major sustaining capital project. This is a 12-month+ contract working a 2:1 roster on site. You'll play a vital role in supporting planning, scheduling, and project delivery activities for a major sustaining project within the Pilbara region.
Benefits:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience working on major resource projects, including bulk earthworks
• Previous experience in an EPCM environment highly regarded
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong forecasting and schedule analysis capability
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an integrated project team
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Work closely with the Construction and Project Managers to monitor project progress
• Identify, analyse, and communicate schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans
• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports
• Forecast project milestones, manpower, and completion dates with accuracy
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment
• Provide insight and recommendations to drive schedule efficiency and project performance
