SMP Supervisor
• Location: FIFO from Brisbane to regional NSW mineral-sands site
• Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO
• Key Benefit: $130 per hour + lead major mineral sands construction
• Key Essential Qualification: Trade qualification in SMP-related discipline
Role Opportunity
Lead a site‐based team delivering structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) construction on a new mineral-sands development. You will supervise contractor crews, drive HSE excellence and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification, reporting to the Department Manager Construction.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Trade qualified in SMP discipline
• Industry White Card
• Strong HSE leadership, toolbox talks
• EPCM/mineral sands construction experience
• Proficient in Hexagon Smart Completions
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise SMP construction activities
• Lead daily inspections and verifications
• Coordinate pre-starts, toolbox talks
• Ensure site safety compliance
• Manage contractor performance
